About
My name is Odellia Calaf,
I practise psychoanalysis, relational psychotherapy.
I am an expert in working with prolonged trauma, addictions, crisis and anxiety situations, as well as experiences of loss of spiritual meaning.
I believe with all my heart that good medicine comes when the connection is right and that each case is unique and holds within it a journey of discovery and growth.
I appreciate the inner strength that each of us has to lead to recovery and know that sometimes, with the right environment, it is possible to discover that there are real healing magic within us to get out of emotional patterns that fix us in dead-end circles.
The work I propose combines analytical psychotherapy with spiritual work and body-oriented work, from the roots of ancient ways of mental recovery. My view is that verbal expression is only part of the healing possibilities and that true recovery also touches the heart and stomach.
A beneficial therapeutic relationship is an opportunity to create and build together a safe and quiet place, one that will allow us to observe what makes it difficult for us and creates suffering within us and from there a good movement of development.
If you need accompaniment and the way I propose touches you, you are welcome to contact me and I will try to help as much as possible.
